To celebrate the international year of biodiversity 2010 , ENO Programme invites you to plant trees for biodiversity and sustainable future.
This big day will take place on the 21st of May 2010. It is a global event and reaches schools and children/youth groups in 150 countries, The first trees will be planted at noon in Oceania. Following the Sun, new trees will be put to earth in Asia, Europe and Africa. Finally this chain of trees will reach Americas. Globe has turned on its axis. This day is also to celebrate the international day for biological diversity, 22nd of May. Let’s reflect on our achievements to safeguard biodiversity and focus on the urgency of our challenge for the future. It is time to act. Together with actual planting schools are welcome to play our play The Drops Of Life or sing our tree planting song, dance and celebrate. This is an open call for any groups/schools interested! How to get involved? Af first register your school/group online, by 1st of May 2010. You will receive a certificate for your contribution.
